Im Auftrag unseres Kunden übernimmst Du die verantwortungsvolle und herausfordernde Aufgabe als Software Projektleiter im Automobilbereich. Ziel ist die Serienbetreuung und Weiterentwicklung von technologisch anspruchsvollen Telematik-Komponenten. Du arbeitest eng mit der Projektleitung und mit dem Entwicklungsteam zusammen und stellst sicher, dass die geplanten Software Releases rechtzeitig und in hoher Qualität umgesetzt werden.

Was wir suchen

Einen eigenständigen und kundenorientierten technischen Projektleiter, der folgende Aufgaben übernimmt:

  • Release-Management & Steuerung: Du planst und koordinierst die Software-Releases (Abgaben) über den gesamten Lebenszyklus. Dabei stellst Du sicher, dass Bugfixes und neue Funktionen termingerecht im Fahrzeug ankommen.

  • Stakeholder-Management: Du kommunizierst souverän mit den Fachabteilungen des OEMs (z. B. Elektrik/Elektronik-Architektur, Backend-Teams, Testmanagement), mit dem eigenen Entwicklungsteam und sorgst für abgestimmte Anforderungen und Umsetzungspläne.

  • Lieferantensteuerung: Du bist der erste technische Ansprechpartner für unsere externen Lieferanten. Du trackst den Umsetzungsfortschritt von Software Themen, forderst Qualität ein und moderierst bei Eskalationen.

  • Meilenstein-Tracking: Du arbeitest vorausschauend, überwachst den Projektfortschritt und leitest bei Abweichungen proaktiv Gegenmaßnahmen ein.

  • Qualitätssicherung: In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Test-Team stellst Du sicher, dass die Software-Reifegrade den hohen Anforderungen der Serie entsprechen.

Woher Du weißt, dass der Job zu Dir passt

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Nachrichtentechnik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, idealerweise in der Automobilbranche

  • Erste konkrete Erfahrungen als technischer Projektleiter, Software-Projektleiter oder Functional Owner

  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Infotainment oder Telematik-Entwicklung im Automotive-Umfeld

  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich der vernetzten Mobilität – Telematik, Mobilfunkinfrastruktur, Backend Services etc.

  • Mit deinem ausgeprägten Verständnis für komplexe technische Zusammenhänge bist Du jederzeit in der Lage, die richtigen Prioritäten zu setzen.

  • Du bist sehr gut organisiert, steuerst gerne und gut und behältst dabei jederzeit den Gesamtüberblick.

  • Eine sehr hohe Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung sind für Dich selbstverständlich.

  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein souveränes Auftreten bringst Du mit.

  • Du bist selbständig und arbeitest gerne im Team.

  • Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch, kein Problem!

Job summary

AVENYR is a technology consulting and engineering company focused on future mobility services.

On behalf of our client, you will take on the responsible and challenging role of software project manager in the automotive sector. The aim is to provide series support and further develop technologically sophisticated telematics components. You will work closely with the project management and development teams to ensure that the planned software releases are implemented on time and to a high standard.

What we are looking for

A self-motivated and customer-focused technical Project Lead who will be responsible for the following:

  • Release management & steering: You plan and coordinate software releases (deliveries) throughout the entire life cycle. In doing so, you ensure that bug fixes and new features arrive in the vehicle on schedule.

  • Stakeholder management: You communicate confidently with the OEM's specialist departments (e.g., electrical/electronic architecture, backend teams, test management) and our own development team, and ensure that requirements and implementation plans are coordinated.

  • Supplier management: You are the first point of technical contact for our external suppliers. You track the implementation progress of software issues, demand quality, and mediate in the event of escalations.

  • Milestone tracking: You work proactively, monitor project progress, and proactively initiate countermeasures in the event of deviations.

  • Quality assurance: In collaboration with the test team, you ensure that the software maturity levels meet the high requirements of series production.

How do you know that the job is right for you?

Your technical skills and experiences are:

  • Successfully completed degree in communications engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable training

  • At least 2 years of experience in development, ideally in the automotive industry

  • Initial concrete experience as a technical project manager, software project manager, or functional owner

  • Ideally, experience with infotainment or telematics development in the automotive environment

  • Ideally, knowledge in the field of connected mobility – telematics, mobile communications infrastructure, backend services, etc.
