Was wir suchen

Einen engagierten Entwicklungsingenieur (m/w/d), der mit technischem Know-how und Begeisterung die folgenden Aufgaben bei der Weiterentwicklung und Serienbetreuung von Antennen übernimmt:

  • Technische Betreuung von Antennensystemen vom Konzeptentwurf, in die Entwicklungsphase bis hin zur Serienreife

  • Betreuung der verschiedenen Antennensysteme als Teilprojektleiter

  • Lieferantensteuerung

  • Analyse von Felddaten (z. B. Rückläufer, Fehlerberichte, Diagnosedaten), Bewertung von Ausfallursachen und Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen in Abstimmung mit dem Lieferanten

  • Koordination von Änderungen an Komponenten und Produkten (Change Management)

  • Mitwirkung an der technologischen Weiterentwicklung, um neue Anforderungen (z. B. an Konnektivität, Reichweite, Robustheit) zu erfüllen

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik, HF-Technik oder vergleichbar Ausbildung

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Hochfrequenztechnik, idealerweise im Bereich Antennensysteme für Telematik oder Telekommunikation

  • Erfahrung mit gängigen Simulationstools (z. B. CST, HFSS), Messtechnik und EMV-Anforderungen

  • Praxis in der Serienbetreuung technischer Produkte wünschenswert

  • Du bringst eine hohe Problemlösungskompetenz und eine analytische Arbeitsweise mit.

  • Du bist organisiert und arbeitest gern im Team.

  • Eine hohe Kundenorientierung ist Dir wichtig.

  • Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch, kein Problem!

What we are looking for

A motivated development engineer (m/f/d) with technical know-how and enthusiasm to take on the following tasks in the further development and series production support of antennas::

  • Technical support of antenna systems from concept design, through the development phase, to series production

  • Support of the various antenna systems as sub-project manager

  • Supplier management

  • Analysis of field data (e.g. returns, error reports, diagnostic data), evaluation of causes of failure and initiation of corrective measures in coordination with the supplier

  • Coordination of changes to components and products (change management)

  • Participation in technological development to meet new requirements (e.g. connectivity, range, robustness)

How do you know that the job is right for you?

Your technical skills and experiences are:

  • Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, communications engineering, high-frequency technology or comparable training

  • Sound knowledge of high-frequency technology, ideally in the field of antenna systems for telematics or telecommunications

  • Experience with common simulation tools (e.g. CST, HFSS), measurement technology and EMC requirements

  • Practice in the series support of technical products desirable

  • Fluent German and English, no problem!
